“This review is from a retired professional still licensed in Florida, with over 50 years of engineering, design and construction experience. We desired a new shelving system to be designed for and installed in a kitchen pantry in our home. Not a large area, but with very complicated dimensions due to its location under an L-shaped staircase. We wanted maximum efficient use of the pantry space. Every aspect of Closet Factory's staff was terrific--professional, skilled, attentive, conscientious, reliable, and respectful. This is not the place to publish names, but I have made all this known to their owners and management. The design professional that initially visited our home listened to our description of what we wanted, made measurements, added their personal touch, created the perfect design on their laptop as we had described, and reviewed costs with us. No delay, no multiple contacts, no hand sketches, no scratch pads, just state-of-the-art professionalism. We had several other firms visit and did our due diligence. Closet Factory's price was competitive. No other firm compared to Closet Factory's obvious professional and technical prowess. We executed our agreement with Closet Factory, a second person visited to verify dimensions, we finalized the design, and the fabrication of our system went into the production queue. The final installation date was even sooner than originally anticipated. The installation crew was timely and neat, and the work was professionally performed. Every aspect of the entire process was performed solely by Closet Factory staff. I spent my career in the construction industry. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. I put all aspects of my experience with Closet Factory among those of the top firms I have worked with in my career.“

“We are extremely happy with Curtis Allen Designs. From our first meeting with Jeffrey and Alexa through 2 months of a complete remodel, we could not be more pleased. They came prepared for our first meeting and had several great ideas. They immediately picked up on the “Look” we were going for. Two weeks later we meet at their design studio and they presented their ideas on a large TV showing us their ideas by each room and had several samples on a large table so we could visually see first hand. They had samples of the counters, tile, cabinet hardware and several other components so we could see how it all tied together. The communication throughout the entire process could not have been better. We were receiving constant updates on the progress of the work being performed as well as timelines of when materials and furniture would be arriving. They started the project when they promised and actually finished before they anticipated. Ivan and Weiner, who did most of the work over the 2 months, were also amazing! They were great to work with every day and were very neat and organized. When they left each day, they cleaned up from the days work and you could not tell they had been there. Which was awesome since we were living in the Condo during the remodel.
The finished product has totally exceeded our expectations!! Our family and friends who have seen our finished condo are blown away by how fantastic everything looks. The comments have been, WOW! Everything looks amazing and you can definitely tell it was done by a Professional Decorator.
