EBG had already purchased the lot and had an approved set of blueprints, so this would be a semi custom build. We loved the plan and super excited to be able to break ground immediately! They worked with us to develop spaces to fit our needs and then we chose all the elements that would make the house our home.

Scott and his team are very approachable and available for questions, suggestions and changes; returning calls, texts and emails even after the home was completed. We had already purchased a finished EBG home a year or so earlier to use as a rental. It is a beautiful and solid home as well. We would build with them again!“
