Month in, month out The technician Fred Overhoff, thats services our building gives exceptional service, he always communicates positively, goes above and beyond what I ask. Little slow in writing this but several weeks ago our complex went with Ehrlich pest control to handle a spreading issue in our building before it became a full blown problem.
Gary was great and paid extra attention to detail to potential problem spots!
Thankfully our neighbors all agreed to have their units done as well and we haven't had an issue since! Thank you Gary!

Floyd came in immediately on a 911 call. He walked us through the problems areas and then addressed the areas we showed him. Floyd was a true professional and said he would create a game plan for the regular technician to follow. Great job!!
