Called on a Sunday evening, air wasn't working. Asked if they could come out sometime on Monday since this was not an urgent matter due to our 75* weather. Spoke to Rick, and he stated he would send someone in the morning as the first service of the day for his technician Warren. Warren came out early, fixed the problem, and AC was up and running in 20 minutes. Purring like a cat. Fast and efficient company. Eaton Air is my new AC company from now on. Thank you so much for doing what you do best! Fixing units, customer service and satisfaction.

We had our air stop cooling and the temp got up to 85 degrees in my house, luckily the next day we contacted Eaton Air Conditioning on the recommendation of my parents because the owner Rick used to come help with our air conditioner because he lived the next street over from us. Matt came out the same day I called and had the problem repaired and finished in slightly less than an hour for only $216 including parts and labor.
