"I am deeply disappointed by the service we received during an incredibly painful time. From the beginning, we were given misleading information about when my cousin’s body was received, which created confusion and distress. After waiting an entire month for the cremation to be processed, we were charged an additional $250 for “overnight shipping” despite being told initially that delivery would be free.

The communication throughout this ordeal was unprofessional and severely lacking. My calls went unreturned, updates were rare, and when I did get through to someone, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. The owner, who should have been a source of empathy...read full review

I am from out of state and spoke with Mark when my father passed away, I asked him to please notify us when the permit comes in before they do the cremation so that I can make arrangements to come to Florida to be with my family. We were told 2-4 weeks for the permit to come in and that at that point we would get a phone call and we can schedule when the cremation would occur. We received a call on 8/19 letting us know that the remains were ready to be picked up. At this point there is nothing that can be said or done to mend the situation. Please be careful if you decide to use this company.

I had the absolute worst experience with their service. My mother passed away 4/20/2024 while on hospice. The death was expected as well. The death certificate was completed and issued 4/24/24. It took them 32 days to cremate my mother. They reported it was "The hospitals and doctors fault." They had no line of communication, I had to call numerous times to bother them enough to find out what was going on. I even said I could pick up her ashes if that was an inconvenience. Initially, they seemed to be compassionate. But after they received the payment that quickly changed. She sat there for 28 days decaying under their care after the autopsy was performed.
