The staff is down to Earth and helped with the entire process, gave support along the way. They did whatever made clients comfortable in the most uncomfortable time of their lives and clients would use them AGAIN. Mark was kind, and helped with cremation and hand delivered to family members. Dianna and her staff were completely and extremely caring and understanding, and stuck by the time frame they said. Dianna brought the urn and stayed and offered more help. Having the urn brought to the house was very convenient. The death certificates were done beautifully.
