As a first time homebuyer, I didn’t really understand how to go about replacing my AC when it broke a year into owning my home. I was very nervous to be working with several companies for estimates as I didn’t want to be overcharged. I decided to go with Coconut Point Cooling and boy, am I glad i did! Jenna and Richie were extremely responsive, reliable, and fair with their pricing. Working with them inclined me to write this review as their customer service was next level. The air conditioning in my house couldn’t stand this horrible summer heat we’ve been having. I had so many other companies come and check it out, just to have it break again and again. It could not get below 80 in my house, even at night! I called Coconut Point and they came out immediately, explained exactly what the issue was, and fixed it. I have not had any issues since. I will definitely be using them again.

I always do the three quote rule but after talking with Richie I decided I didn’t need two more quotes because it didn’t matter what they quoted I was going with coconut point cooling. Richie shows up on time and actually got the job done ON TIME which is so rare today. This now the only company I’ll use for business and remodels.
