We needed to replace our unit. We chose CFS Mechanical based on cost, reputation, professionalism and efficiency. The response was immediate and we had a new system up and running within days! Two technicians, David and Paul showed up promptly at 8 am and worked till nearly 5 pm non-stop until the new unit was installed and running perfectly. They made sure the job was done even enduring a rain storm! They were amazing and worked diligently and neatly. What a difference, my home is cooler and dryer. Noticed my house getting warm today. Heard the CFS commercial on the radio, called them and spoke with Al and he sent out a service technician Dey within the hour to look at my unit. He diagnosed the problem and added refrigerant to get us going. He was extremely polite and professional. Had us cooling in an hour. Received a follow up email from Jeff and Al for an eta on when our part will arrive. Excellent customer service! Switching to them for all our AC needs and maintenance.
CFS Mechanical picked up my call fist ring on Saturday night at 9pm. The tech showed up 30 minutes later and got my unit working withing the hour.
