A major component missing from most businesses today. Rick and his team made it personal. I don't need to tell you how amazingly refreshing that felt. As long as that stands at Air Express, they will never have to worry about me looking anyhere else.
We called Air Express, our pool heat pump was malfunctioning. They were able to come out in a matter of a few days. The communication from start to finish was excellent. Gene our technician was very knowledgeable and had us up and running very quickly after checking out the whole system. He had parts on hand so there was no further delays. Excelent service, skilled and knowledgable tech's, always on time or a text to inform you of any change.I have had bad experience's with other co's.regarding their quality of work. Air Express was refered by a friend.Their tech team removed my air handler from the addict of the garage and hung it in my garage,it was filling with water and failing in the addict.They worked for over twelve hours to complete the job without a break in the heat,at a reasonable price.
