Amazing energy from instructors, who are all well informed and ensure your safety at all times while training. The classes are varied and keep it interesting every time you go. All levels welcomed and embraced!! Added bonus: the Playlist are FIRE!!
Yoga Joint is my go-to for hot yoga at least once a week. The consistency of their instructors always assures me I -m going to have a great class no matter who is leading it. Clean facilities are also a plus!
Yoga Joint downtown has my heart! All of the teachers are incredibly talented and friendly. The staff who check you in are extremely kind and always smiling! This studio has truly changed my life mentally and physically. Forever thankful for this community!
