Great heated floor Pilates at Yoga Fitness Factory (YFF). Sheba and Sophia consistently lead challenging, well-structured classes that keep things fresh and engaging. The infrared heat adds a great intensity, and every session is both tough and rewarding. I highly recommend Sheba and Sophia for anyone looking for a strong heated Pilates workout.
I came in for a drop in class, but I arrived late. The staff was very understanding and took the time to explain their policy in a kind and professional manner. They even provided me with a complimentary drop-in class for a future visit, which I greatly appreciated. Based on this positive experience, I’m looking forward to attending my first full class soon.
