I LOVE this yoga studio. The space is so clean and beautiful, they actually wash the floors in between classes lol. The infrared heaters are game changing and all of the teachers are so kind! I especially love taking class with Caryn! From her energy to her music, and her gentle but still challenging flow, she is a really great and inspiring yogi to practice with ?✨

To describe Sasha in a word: ROCKSTAR! She is an excellent teacher with options galore: if you want a physical practice, it’s there; if you want an introspective practice, it’s there; if you want hands-on assistance in Happy Baby, it’s there.And if you ask nicely, she’ll even provide you with her phenomenal playlist.

Where do I start! Yoga Factory & Fitness is not like any other studio I have ever been to. From the professional instructors, to the bubbly staff and welcoming studio, it feels like home when you walk in. It's a great community, I already made so many friends from class. They use the real inferred heat lamps that help your skin glow, detox your entire body and help you sweat more. The best part about YFF is that it's for all levels. Aside from all the amazing yoga classes, they just added a PIT class and it's my personal favorite.
