I love yoga joined signed up a couple months ago the heated fiit class is my favorite it’s a very fun class with amazing staff the instructors are great and so are the people at the front desk yoga joint has a very uplifting vibe when u walk in you feel good and it’s an amazing workout I definitely think everyone should give it a try and I highly recommend!!

I visited this studio while out of town; if I lived in the area, I would get a membership. I've now taken both the FIIT class and the Flow class. The Instructor and staff are great! And the studio is nice!
I normally take a Yoga Sculpt class but the FIIT class not only added weights but also bands. The instructor was able to keep a very encouraging atmosphere with great endurance strength and core building exercises. In both classes, the instructors were very positive and flow/Flow was great!
The rest of the staff was very friendly and positive as well. Hopefully, I will have the opportunity to return soon...

Highly recommended. Yoga Joint offers a unit experiences with very flexible booking schedule. I love to the mix of FIT 45 and Yoga classes.
Staffs are friendly professional, all instructors are amazing 10 out of 10.
