Thank you for welcoming me with open arms as a true beginner! I was a bit nervous but Rose was AMAZING to me- she set me up for success! Rose did not care was size, color or experience level I was...she made me feel so at home and at ease. Terry and Alexandra are especially kind and patient teachers with me in classes which makes me feel comforted. I have found an exercise regimen for life. Again, any age, skill level, and body type are welcome. I highly recommend ProPilates for an excellent Pilates experience whether new or experienced.

This place is a treasure!All instructors are very professional and friendly, which is the best possible mix. Each instructor has plenty of experience, and every lesson is different from the previous one.The place is clean and well-maintained.It is easy to book online, but if you need help, the receptionist service is also amazing!This is definitely the place to go if you want to learn about Pilates.

I am now a pilates fanClean studio and such an interactive class but best believe the next day you’ll feel it as soon as you wake up.Gabriela is an amazing instructor, she helps you through the class, takes her time to explain and makes you feel comfortableAdding this class now to my routine has me motivated so thank you!!!
