Communication was great throughout the whole process, and I felt completely comfortable trusting their expertise.

What I appreciated most is that Ouyang didn’t just give me a great new look — he and Martina also shared tips and guidance on how to maintain it at home. Even getting my hair washed here was a better experience then getting a neck cramp in the typical salon chairs. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work.

I first came there with damaged brown hair that I had dyed myself lol and I never thought it could become this beautiful and healthy again. Over time, they completely transformed my hair color while still keeping the quality amazing.

For a long time I was doing AirTouch and was very scared to switch to a total blonde because I thought it would damage my hair badly. But Anastasiya Chorna did really amazing job! She explained everything, worked very carefully, and the result turned out even better than I expected.

“We went for our first haircut and had such a great experience from start to finish. The kids were greeted so warmly and even got to choose their own little car to sit in during their haircut, which they absolutely loved.

The general manager, Gabby, was so attentive and sweet throughout the visit, and Nardia, the hairstylist, did an amazing job with our boys’ very curly hair. Not everyone knows how to cut curly hair properly, but she did exactly what I asked for.
