It was the best experience and felt so comfortable as soon as we started communicating! I came from years of blonde and finally got the colored mix I’ve wanted. Jewels did full highlights and lowlights along with a root melt to blend the colors when it starts to grow. She added an Opalex treatment and a gloss to finish it off and it made everything so shiny and soft! 10/10 experience won’t be going anywhere else again!
