I spoke to someone on the phone and was able to schedule someone to come right away. The exterminator came on time and were both very kind, considerate (took off their shoes), and provided very detailed explanations. They gave a lot of information on carpenter ants, showed me their entry points, and walked me through their plan of attack and why they were doing each step. It was not cheap, but he also walked me through some less expensive alternatives (combo of them doing less exhaustive treatments and us doing some home treatments) as well and allowed me to decide what I was most comfortable with that would be safe for my young children and dogs.“
