“I recently had the good fortune of contracting Trinity Pest Solutions to deal with some pesky bees that had made themselves at home in my front porch. I’d tried contacting two pest control companies before with horrible results, they didn’t even show up for the estimate.From the initial contact with Yeimy I knew this company was different. I was treated warmly and respectfully, like if I was family. I was assured that things would be different this time, and boy, were they ever!I was very impressed with Jesus, the tech that came to do the inspection. He was very attentive and professional, showed up on time and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Jesus was very knowledgeable and after he inspected the area he thoroughly explained the different treatment options available, the price for each one, and the warranty offered. At no time did I feel pressured or hurried, and I found the prices to be quite reasonable. Once I made the choice the work started right away. Along the way Jesus kept me informed of the progress, submitting videos and photos of the affected area before and after the job was completed for me to see.
