The best, most honest and responsive pest control company I’ve ever dealt with. We had Rafael over first and then Alex the next time. Both were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient with their work. They also honored the amount they quoted us over the phone even though, upon arrival, it turned out that more intensive treatment was needed. Really stand up people.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Alex and his staff were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They showed up right on time, were very thorough, and took the time to explain everything they were doing and answer any questions I had. I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process and was very happy with the service. Highly recommend them for any pest control needs!
Giovanni came for follow-up service and was on time, very efficient and professional. He knew his stuff and was informative. He found and treated termite holes even though
we had already cleaned up the evidence. I appreciate how Dr. Death has a year of follow-up service included with the initial treatment. It feels like we made the right decision because tenting likely would not have prevented this small random occurrence almost 4 months later. Everyone we have worked with has been super friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend!
