Based on the reviews, Palms Medical Group has a great medical staff who are welcoming and friendly. The staff from the front desk to nurses to physicians are very nice, understanding, and courteous. Dr. Richie is amazing, and the new office and pharmacy on Fleming Island are loved by patients. One reviewer noted that Dr. Keyona at Fleming Island was amazing, as were the nurse and both ladies at the front desk, who were very courteous and kind. The pharmacist Elizabeth was very helpful in ensuring medicines could be mailed and went over and beyond to get the proper medicine capsule so insurance would cover it. The clinic branch in Orange Park is closer for some, but patients go to Fleming Island for the referral office, where Miss Coney always helps with a smile and answers all questions. The care at Fleming Island is described as a night and day difference from the Orange Park location, making patients want to stick with this place permanently.
Alexandra Baker is literally the best doctor I’ve ever had across any other place I’ve been. She’s actually attentive, listens to every single problem and gives me a solution, and if that solution doesn’t work out she finds another one. She’s genuinely the best at what she does.
It has been a little over a year they moved from orange Park to Fleming Island and I love the new office/pharmacy Dr Richie was great as always as well as his nurse Jaree . Please excuse my spelling of their names. But it was worth the drive . Thanks Palm medical group ❤️ I also wanted to thank the receptionists and the pharmacist Elizabeth she was very helpful in ensuring that I can have medicines mailed to me. And Elizabeth went over and beyond to make sure she got the proper medicine capsule instead of tablet so my insurance covered it. Thanks Palm medical group staff
