Based on the reviews, Palms Medical Group has a great medical staff who are welcoming and friendly. The staff from the front desk to nurses to physicians are very nice, understanding, and courteous. Dr. Richie is amazing, and the new office and pharmacy on Fleming Island are loved by patients. One reviewer noted that Dr. Keyona at Fleming Island was amazing, as were the nurse and both ladies at the front desk, who were very courteous and kind. The pharmacist Elizabeth was very helpful in ensuring medicines could be mailed and went over and beyond to get the proper medicine capsule so insurance would cover it. The clinic branch in Orange Park is closer for some, but patients go to Fleming Island for the referral office, where Miss Coney always helps with a smile and answers all questions. The care at Fleming Island is described as a night and day difference from the Orange Park location, making patients want to stick with this place permanently.
Dr. Amy Connell has been an absolute godsend! At a time when I felt completely failed by the medical system, she was the only one who genuinely cared, listened, and stepped up to manage my condition. She immediately ordered blood tests and threw herself into finding answers, exhausting every possible avenue including holistic, preventative, and medical alike to get me the care and referrals I desperately needed. The team is very personable, and they take the time to truly listen to your concerns, health issues, and questions. The office is remarkably clean, and it features a pharmacy built in which is incredibly helpful.
