I love my new doctor ! It was a huge plus that one doctor is seeing me and my children not different providers the clinic is clean no smells no long wait very flexible and understanding my doctor took her time to listen to my concerns The nice ladies taking my blood were very clean and didn’t stick me like a pin cushion

This office definitely lacks. I had an appointment at 4. I was brought back to a room and then spoke with a nurse. I waited over an hour for the doctor and she never came in. When I walked out the lights were off in the reception area and the waiting room. No one was out there at all. I had to unlock the front door myself to get out. I think the only way I’d go back to the Fleming Island location is if I was desperate. I’ve never had an issue at the Orange Park location. Very unprofessional

Was told it’s the best place to go. Not the best place to go rude on walk in, gave them my information was told I could wait and see if anyone cancels. No one canceled so they gave me an appointment, showed up for appointment and they said I have to fill out information (information I didn’t bring because they received it already) on iPad that I could have filled out while waiting the day prior while I was waiting for someone to cancel in their waiting room.She said I could check in on self pay and it starts at $500.00. I have insurance why would I pay you.
