Sensei Derek and Teresa do an excellent job teaching my son on the importance of never giving up while teaching Kickboxing and Karate fundamentals.The kids really enjoy all of the sessions.

My grandkids love going here. The instructor is one on one with them as well as teaches as a group. Everyone is friendly and all of the students seem to love it when there. They are shown how to achieve their best potential.

Our son trained with Derek for six months after moving to Jacksonville, having previously trained in Muay Thai for 2 years. Derek’s enthusiasm is contagious and he always makes training fun! Great family atmosphere and Derek teaches so much more than just martial arts!
