Wonderful facility. Very friendly staff, lots of playtime for the dogs outside and super easy communication, hours and pickups/drop-offs. This was our first time boarding our golden retriever here and I would definitely come back if we visit here again!
Our dogs are treated like family at Hot Paws❤️ The staff is loving and sweet and very knowledgeable. The owner and manager are two of the very best! We never have to worry about Tater and Moose when they are in their care, whether it is for daycare, extended stays or grooming we know they will get the best of attention and care. We are truly grateful to have them here on Amelia Island.Bruce and Gina
Our dog Misha stayed here for 3 days and it was such a good experience! Everyone was so nice from the time I booked it until we picked her up! I loved the daily personalized report cards and pictures and seeing her playing outside with the other dogs. We even got a bag at pick up with a certificate, sunglasses, and a frisbee! Thank you for taking good care of our pup! We will certainly be back!
