The Poop Deck Dog And Cat Grooming

This was our 1st experience with The Poop Deck as we just moved here. Everyone was very friendly and treated our dogs wonderfully. The grooming and nail clippings went very well. We were very impressed and will be going back.

My dog, a shih tzu, was accidently nicked when being groomed. She apparently jumped while being clipped on her leg. They called me and offered to take her to the vet or I could. I picked her up and took her to Robinson 24 ER. The owner had already called and told them she would take care of any charges. I feel the owner went out of her way helping to take care of this problem. I really like the staff and the work they do. Accidents happen and I understand that. It's how they handle it that counts. I gave them a 5 for being very professional.
