“I just wanted to come say that there are a lot of so called groomers but walking in here was so heartfelt and they made me and my pup feel at home. My little girl is roughly 4 months old has never been groomed and she came out the happiest puppy and literally did not want to leave with me lol Octavia took his time with her and made her look absolutely beautiful thank you hot paws team for making our experience so awesome and we are booked and ready to come back for our next adventure“
