“First off, this co. contacted ME to say they owed me a maintenance VISIT based on a service agreement from a year before!The service rep (Kameron) kept me informed of his ETA and showed up on time. Went about his business and explained to me what and why additional maintenance/repair was needed. It is my understanding that in Florida HVAC technicians need only one tech to be licensed and the rest are often less knowledgeable underlings. Over the last 13 years after an addition and zone systems installed by a different and incompetent company who went out of business immediately after completing the install. We’ve been struggling to get things working properly ever since. Finally three companies later and having had to replace all 3 AC units we have found Summa and Tony’s!
