Flooring in Bonita Springs

“This journey started a year ago in May. Chip with Affordable Flooring came out and provided us with samples and an estimate. Over the course of the year, I went back and forth deciding on the LVP color. He came out like 4 times with different samples and was so gracious each time! I ultimately went with the color I chose in May 2025 each time…and he didn’t get irritated with me. He was making sure that I was completely happy with my decision. They started the project on June 1, 2026. His guys moved furniture (which was a lot) with such great care… and put it all back together in the same fashion. Took extra care with my cats, and the flooring outcome? Well, I COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY! It came out beautiful and I just can’t say enough about how impressed I am with the level of professionalism by Chip and his crew. “All around wonderful experience. Jen was
so friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable helping us to find what we wanted from beginning to end. Steve over at the warehouse store was amazing and so helpful as educating us on the large remnants and figuring out if that would work for 2 of the 3 rugs. We found the 3 rugs that we had been looking for with only 2 visits.
Now for the 2 young gentlemen that brought a few rugs out to our home for us to place in the areas that needed rugs. We were able to judge size, color, etc. They also did the delivery and setting up. They were absolutely the nicest young men. Polite does not even begin to cover their character. They were so careful not to bang into any furniture. They placed our existing furniture on the sample rugs and were very knowledgeable and aware of the placement so everything would look just right. When the time came for delivery of our new rugs these same gentlemen once again did everything right from beginning to end.
I normally do not leave reviews as I always take the ones I read with a grain of salt BUT Abbey carpet will be the only place we shop for rugs from now on.
