I chose a porcelain tile floor for my kitchen. Unfortunately, there was a problem with this tile. After trying everything, my salesman, Jim Palmere, suggested we file a claim. The entire floor was replaced. The whole procedure took just about four months! Through all this, Jim was very patient and promised to make me a happy customer. Let me tell you that Wayne Wile Flooring and Jim did stand behind their products! I recommend them highly; you will not be disappointed.

I bought carpet for 3 bedrooms. The installer was very good, professional, did a nice job and left the area spotless. The business showroom is excellent and has great selection. My only comment is that I thought they could have done much better at helping us understand the properties and quality of the wide variety of products available — it is mind-boggling to make an optimal decision. The lead guy is terrific.Overall, I would recommend this company; lots to like there.

Top notch sales staff there to assist. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection in showroom of flooring and tile. I would recommend Wayne Wiles Flooring to everyone. Excellent communication and pricing.
