Back in Motion has done a great job working with my ailments and tight muscles. In particular, Dr. Sharon Sims in only a few visits almost eliminated all of my shoulder and hip pain AND increased my flexibility! Also Dr. Sharon and the administrative staff are joy to work with.I highly recommend Back In Motion

I’m working with Dr. Sharon from Back in Motion for torn tendons in my left hip. She’s so knowledgeable and personable.Private pay can be expensive but it’s also a quicker way to get well and get back to your life. One therapist, one patient and one hour. And being able to say yes to other therapies without asking for permission from the insurance company makes it so worth it. It allows me to control the process and what is done to help me heal instead of the insurance company.

I just finished working with David. I was MOST impressed with the results of my sessions David is knowledgeable about the body and was able to pinpoint just where my problems were. Not only were my sessions successful but the home exercises I was given were extremely helpful. David is personable, and responsive to suggestions. He knows his "stuff"! I highly recommend him.
