Called this morning after a day of excruciating knee pain. Surprisingly there was an opened appointment for this afternoon. Dr. Berra and his assistant Anthony were caring and listened to the details of my pain. Dr. Berra quickly came up with a plan to help in the short and long term. Due to other health issues that make my treatment complicated he was concerned about my total health not just my knee. I highly recommend Dr. Berra for any orthopedic issues you may have.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Follweiler for my shoulder surgery. From the beginning, he was attentive, thorough, and incredibly professional. He takes his time during appointments, listens carefully to your concerns, and makes sure you fully understand what to expect throughout the process.
His bedside manner is outstanding. He is kind, patient, approachable, and genuinely makes you feel like you are being heard rather than rushed through an appointment. His experience and confidence also gave me a great deal of reassurance going into surgery.
