I was there today 11/22/23 barely walking in with a cane...walked out carrying the cane! Dr. Sebastian and his team are amazing, Dr. Sebastian's knowledge and expertise are unmatched to any physician I have ever seen! And if you're already a patient of his you'll understand exactly what I mean to say! He gave me hope at consultation and results on 1st visit. Thank you Doctor for giving me my life back today, May The Lord Jesus Christ bless you and your family Happy Thanksgiving!

The entire staff at Integrative Rehab are always friendly and very helpful. I mainly worked with Dr. Vern, the Physical Therapy Director. You will not find a kinder, nicer gentleman! He actually listens to you and then fixes what hurts! When I developed other complaints, he never hesitated to work on those, also. I highly recommend Dr. Vern for any physical therapy needs. He does an excellent job!

After years of going through 10+ medical professionals for 2 years finally saw Dr. Sebastian. He is the only doctor that was able to see that I had instability in by cervical spine. 2 PRP treatments later and I can say that I'm doing leaps and bounds better than where I was. Headaches, dizziness, neck pain, brain fog all nearly gone. Not only is Dr. Sebastian fantastic, but his staff is nothing short of excellent as well. I would recommend anyone to this practice.
