To whom it may concern; I am writing this letter with total disgust and the poor quality of service that I have received from Monticello Dental practice in Dunedin Fl. It seems that it is a normal practice for entities to take advantage of the older population here in Florida. This is not the first time for me and believe me that I am aware of my business ventures. In June of 2022, I was told that my teeth were worth saving and I needed a root canal that cost me out of my pocket around $2500. Excellent in every aspect! Took me right in (Front desk was great..Wilma). Nurse was awesome and Dr. was right on! I can't rate this team less than outstanding! After my visit, I had my wife change dental practices to them.

Update to below review:Talked with Michelle the office manager they are refunding the price of the fluoride treatment. So the lesson is always ask for pricing. I have a dental plan so thought I would be getting an affordable price for the fluoride. So, I'm happy that I am getting the 60.00 refunded .Never going back!!! Was charged 60.00 for fluoride treatment that I didn't ask for. That is highway robbery I have never paid that much for flouride, and the check out person said oh well you should have asked the price. I had fluoride 6 months prior and it was like 15 or 20 dollars so going up 40 dollars is ridiculous. And the hygienist was nice but talked through the entire...read full review
