Just changed to Sage (F.K.A., Monticciolo) due to Smile Design no longer taking Humana dental insurance. So far they are very kind and attentive. Dr. Persad in the Dunedin office is seems very good and patient focused. There was a bit of an insurance issue due to changing from Monticciolo to Sage ownership but once that get worked out I'm hoping for zero issues with my new provider.
My 4hrs at Monticciolo was wonderful n everyone from the reception desk to Shannon the Hygenist to the dentist Persad n Asia the Dental Assisstancewere just fantastic and a pleasure to be there! I was with Persad in Dec. 2024 n she was exceptionally good then n I think even better now if that is posible n i’m so glad I found Persad the Dentist again and I was excited to get back to one of the best dentist I’ve ever been to and yet it was a bonus because Shannon is great and Asia is

The new staff at the Dunedin office is spectacular! The ladies at the front desk, the dental assistant, the hygienist, and the doctor were welcoming, personal and professional. They recapped and confirmed the procedures I was scheduled for (including The out-of-pocket cost) from the very start, and also informed methrough each of the steps they were taking for my crown replacement. I was perfectly comfortable in asking questions, no matter how simple. I can wholeheartedly recommend their service as exceptional!
