Dr Neyer has been my dentist since 2010 and I can't say enough about he and his staff, their abilities and caring attitude. the addition of doctor case to the office has been wonderful.
Ive been with Dr. Neyer since the late 1990's.. He is the best. He cares bout his patents and doesnt try to upsell like these chain operations do.. I stopped going to him for a few years because I changed my job and he was not as convienently located...... I have HUGE regrets. My laziness cost me time and money not to mention pain Dr. Neyer remebered me after years and I was in and out within a half hour.I first went to a place in Countryside that made all kinds of promises, I cracked my front tooth and wanted to fix it but also did not want to walk around looking like a toothless person. Long story short, after 2 hours of waiting, xrays, consult etc, they gave me a plan that would take approx. 8 months (as long as I paid ahead of time) and $7000 with my insurance. I almost went for it until I asked them if they could fill my tooth (main reason I came there that day) so I didnt have to feel awkward about talking, smiling etc. THey said no, that was not possible. They woudl have to order and measure etc etc. I walked out, ripped up the contract and remembered Dr. Neyer. In tears I called my husband who is a regular of Dr. Neyers and begged him to call teh office for me because I was so upset I couldnt even speak. He called and they got me in right away, Longer story short, Dr Neyer did not let me leave his office with a huge gap in my smile and speech. He filled it and I am eternally grateful. What happened to Dentists being dentist? Now they upsell, want you to spend $$$$$$ on your smile but will leave you hanging if you dont have enough money to get the whole deal. Im done with chain dentistry and will stay loyal to Dr. Neyer and his staff as they have remained loyal to me and my family. He fixed my problem the other dentist said would cost me $7000, for under $1000. Never look for better when you already have the best!
