“Fell in love with the New Zenith 24” x 48” book match tile On a Saturday when I went in to check out their selection, Gloria filled me in on the price per square foot ($8.95 sq. Ft.) and the fact they do not keep it in stock at the store and It must be special ordered. After visiting some other tile stores to find tile to compliment the book match tile I returned to D & B to purchase the book match tile. Gloria helped me again and informed me it would take 3 weeks to arrive at their Delray store. While processing the order the computer was informing us the special order fee was going to be Almost double the cost of the two pieces of book match tile. At that point I was deciding to cancel the order, but Gloria’s boss, the store mgr., Vince McIntyre Overheard our conversation and included my order in with another order that was coming in to Delray at the same time my tile was scheduled to come in and the special order fee was waived. The two pieces of bookmark tile was $140.00 and the special order fee was going to be well over $200. Needless to say I am extremely grateful to Vince and Gloria knows the tile business inside and out and is a true Pro! For a unique, exceptional selection of today’s hottest trends in tile and a polite, professional, ethical and informative Staff I give D&B Tile a 15 out of 10 rating! “I would classify this place as Big lots meets Dollar Tree. You can find everything from K-Cups ($9.99 for 40!!) to carpets, to bedding, to toys, home decor, pots and pans, groceries, and even an entire book section. Not to mention things like batteries, light bulbs, curtain rods, etcAll of this under one extremely friendly roof! And I just have to say that I was treated just as courteously and friendly making a (rather large) return as I was when I bought the merch. Super nice staff, super great selections, super low prices. If you haven't been to Ollie's yet, then maybe suggest planning a trip there ASAP. You'll thank me! ?“
