My situation was very interesting. I had previously contracted someone to start the work on my floors and the day the project was supposed to start, the person did not show, nor did they answer any text. So, in a panic because I had cases of flooring hanging out in my garage, I did a quick Google search and found Flooring Friend. I text Mark on Wednesday evening, and he arrive at my home on Thursday afternoon, promptly and was able to do a walk through and give me a quote within hours, which was great.
