We recently completed a kitchen remodeling project that, overall, we are happy with. The process was not simple and ones everything was approved with the condo, the actual construction phase took around three months, including replacing cabinets in the laundry and the small utility room. The contractors took responsibility for coordinating permits and inspections with the city, and all inspections were successfully passed. We especially appreciated their help in addressing additional requirements, such as installing smoke detectors throughout the apartment, even though the original scope of work was limited.
