I cannot recommend Elite Floors and More enough! Shannon Radice provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She completely redid the flooring throughout my entire home and remodeled my bathroom, and the results are absolutely beautiful.
From the very beginning, Shannon was professional, attentive, and always on time. She even worked with us on the price and gave us a better deal than we were originally expecting, which we truly appreciated. No matter what time of day I had a question, she was always available to help. Even when I made last-minute changes, she was patient, understanding, and never made me feel like I was being a burden.
It’s so refreshing to find a contractor who genuinely cares about their customers and stands behind their work. The quality of the craftsmanship and the level of communication were outstanding from start to finish.
