Excellent experience from start to finish. Vinny was our project manager and was always very responsive. They had to accomondate my wife and I working from home so Vinny promised a large crew that got done in a single day (tear off and installation of the roof material) thereby minimizing the noise to one day. The wait for the tiles was long but it was within the time frame they told us to expect. The office staff were highly responsive via email. All in all, a very good experience and we highly recommend Gustafuson/Stronghouse.
Gustafson did our roof a few years ago and we were extremely happy with their teams professionalism and communication….a few years later and nothings changed, they’ve just gotten better! We had a freak accident where a concrete block holding down an awning broke loose and flew onto the roof over our garage during a windy storm and cracked a bunch of tiles. Just want to thank Gustafson Roofing Company for an outstanding job. Ryan Gustafson came to my house and gave me the estimate for a complete reroof. The crew that performed all of the work were outstanding ! The crew was extremely polite. Ryan continuously stopped by to monitor the progress and checked with the crew to see if they needed anything. Not only did they do a wonderful job, they beat all estimates that I got from the top 5 competitors. Again, I want to thank Ryan and the crew for their outstanding work!
