“We interviewed at least six other companies , but were impressed with Sean, the sales executive and signed the contract on 2/9/24. The price was not the lowest but in the ballpark, and based on the Google reviews and years in service, seemed like a good choice.Sean assisted us with all the paperwork required from our HOA in the Cascades and followed up to make sure everything was completed. He said we should have our installation in around 90 days. He kept us updated during the entire process and called mid April to say the windows were coming into the warehouse by the end of the month and probably installation beginning of May.Kevin, one of the principles, called last week to set up a time for installation. The following day a five man crew started a two day installation of 9 windows and two sliding doors. They arrived at 9am each morning, left at 5pm and worked non stop. I don’t think they ate lunch but drank water.In addition to the superior quality of their products, the team at Caner Impact Windows demonstrated exceptional expertise and attention to detail during the installation process. They were prompt, efficient, and respectful of my property, ensuring that the installation was completed with the utmost precision and care. The result is a flawless finish that has truly transformed the look and feel of my home.The install team did a fantastic job and were completely finished in only 2 days for 9 windows,2 sliders and they removed the glass block in the shower and built a window in it’s place.. All of the workers were courteous and, most importantly, clearly skilled. They arrived at 9am every day as promised,, cleaned up every day before they left and made sure to wrap everything to avoid as much dust as possible. The foreman, Yurel, stopped by daily to make sure all was going well. Jose Abrego, the translator and worker ,and the entire team were just really awesome.We ordered the Low E windows . We definitely see a big difference with less heat from the sun coming in, and the roomsmuch cooler. However, the biggest change is being able to sleep at night without listening to the loud bird noises from our bedroom . I haven’t heard a sound since the new windows were installed. I opened the sliding door in the bedroom at 2am just to see if the birds were doing their thing, and sure enough, the noise was back. Pricing was competitive and Atlantic Armor was not the cheapest company, but in line with other good companies. You get what you pay for with Atlantic and pricing was fair. From the initial meeting where the entire process was thoroughly explained, throughout installation, stucco repair, and inspection Atlantic Armor was EXCELLENT! The team of professionals are perfectionists and treated our home with respect cleaning up daily. The team was timely starting at 8AM daily, quickly working through the installation process, yet were extremely thorough in all of their work.
