This gym needs a total update with the equipment and environment to compete with other LA locations. Aside from a few lovely employees at the front, the front desk staff is mostly uninterested in greeting customers hello or goodbye -- even when you say hello to them, they say nothing. I suspect this gym to have mold from all the roof leaks over the last year and a half. The air conditioning seems to work intermittently as well.
Popular machine down for a month now. Typical response is they are waiting on a part. Suggest they get another one of the same chest/fly machines since there is always a wait while many other machines go unused. Start using AI to see what’s being used and what’s not and act accordingly. Common business sense
LA fitness has everything you can want in the gym It’s just not bougie if you’re looking for a great workout with nice machines and plenty of space. This will definitely work for you. It’s clean. It’s comfortable as a nice assortment of classes between strength and spin and yoga. The instructors are excellent, and the staff is very nice
