The Yoga Center of Deerfield Beach is such a special place. The owner and the other instructors are very experienced, warm and welcoming. It is such a pleasure to practice yoga with them and I’m very grateful that a friend introduced me to this terrific yoga center several years ago.
This is a great yoga studio.Louise is a highly qualified instructor.She is caring and very compassionate.The studio space has a zen quality to it.I took zoom yoga with her for two years during the pandemic.It helped get me through this difficult time in our history.I have since taken yoga classesAt other places since the end of the pandemic.Louise outshines all my past and present yoga teachers.I wish her studio was closer.I live an hour and a half away.
The Yoga teachers are really therapists - they know what they're doing. They are friendly- even though I am totally clumsy they welcomed me! Also, they have classes for different kinds of yoga. I especially like Manette.
