“My Experience with Mr Ben from ADU was a stellar one! I recently had some water damage to my home and called 3 companies. The 1st company was flat out shady and pushy wouldn’t provide me a quote however wanted to get to work right away anyway. Stated this is how it works in this business.They wanted to demo my whole house basically to try to run up the tab for my insurance company. Since they didnt provide me a quote I asked if they didn’t pay the full amount you requests who will be responsible. They said you would but I assure you that you won’t have to pay us anything. I know what you’re thinking reading this that sounds like a contradiction. Right!!! Next company I called the first question to them was do you provide quotes they said ofcourse. They came out took pictures and did the water test. This company was actually good company overall and price was the cheapest out of the 3. Also instead of demo the whole house they wanted to do certain areas. Which would cause they to cut about 2ft of my wall to dry the structure. I was initially going to go with this company until I called ADU where I spoke with Gloria who sent out their regional manager Mr Ben!!! A blessing in disguise! Mr Ben is truly a man of the ppl. I expressed to him the situation that took place and he showed a great deal of empathy. Throughout the whole process out of the 3 companies/representatives Mr Ben was the whole person I felt was honest, trustworthy, and to be honest felt like family! Which I truly appreciated, he accessed the situation and proposed an alternative to completely t destroying my house/walls. He suggested an unconventional way to dry the structure that would save me money in the long run, the headache, and time!!!! He expressed that due to his carpenter background he use to putting things back together and doing construction work. Things tend to get way more expensive when you’ve demolished everything. Mr Ben truly is a man of the ppl who is out to take care of the community!!! Anybody who has water damage and need mitigation choose ADU!!! I promise you will not regret this decision and it will save you all around by going with them!!“

A Project Manager named Mariana contacted me before 10am that same morning. She listened to my concerns and provided a plan to move forward with scheduling an assessment. Mariana was responsive and helpful through the process of scheduling assessment and providing remediation. Mariana was also friendly and professional with all correspondence.
