I was starting yoga teacher training very soon when I realized I was injured, so I looked for an excellent PT who could help me recover as fast as possible. Dana did not disappoint, she was so informative and answered all my questions, gave me so much extra information that has helped me improve my mobility and strength in my legs, ankles, and hips that went far beyond my actual injury. She's super funny and fast-paced and overall has awesome enthusiastic energy. I highly recommend her to anyone in the area who needs a PT or just wants to address areas of concern or older injuries such as herniated discs, low back pain, pinched nerves, tendonitis, spraining, any sport injury. It sounds like she works a lot with runners, and fortunately her expertise with regard to running injuries helped me with my injury, so I recommend her for yogis as well!!“
