“I brought my 15 pound Cavapoo for her first Florida grooming and of course I was nervous but the minute I walked into Alexandria’s shop I was put at ease. She and her staff are friendly, professional and very attentive. My dog looked amazing after her grooming and I am grateful to her groomer and Alexandria for drawing attention to the build up of hair in my dogs ears. Ria hooked me up with some ear drops and She could not have been nicer. The price was a bargain and worth every Penny which as it happens in my dog’s name. We will definitely be back!“

“I have been here a couple of times once for my cat who was ill and for my dog. They are really great 5 stars aren't enough. They were willing to see my pets the same day. Their prices are reasonable. The vet is a nice and takes his time to speak to you.“

“Just called to see about a simple service of trimming around my puppies eyes and a bath they offer to clip nails and trim around privates for $45 on a 6 pound Morkie so please understand the size of the dog. I think that is a very reasonable rate.“

“Groomers Yolanda and Debra did amazing with my pups! They were sweet and caring from the moment they were dropped off. Every interaction with the staff was very positive. And they addressed my concerns with kindness.“

“I had the worst experience today with my 8 pound fur baby. I paid 72 dollars for a wash and cut of only her paws in butt area. They also was suppose to brush her teeth but It’s clear they did not brush her teeth because they had a muzzle on her which let’s me know they was not able to brush her teeth. I was still charged for the teeth brushing when I know they did not do it. When I got her she still had debris on her that let me know She was not even brushed and cleaned properly. She still smells like pee And she is shedding tremendously. This was the worst experience and I would not recommend this place. It seems they’re just in it for the money and they don’t care so I’m going to take my fur baby somewhere that actually love animals.

Update: I changed my 1star to a 4 star because I voice my concerns to Liz how disappointed I was about my services today. she re-washed Coco and had her clean plus smelling amazing.
