“Dog Kingdom is true to its name. This place goes above & beyond and you can tell the staff TRULY loves & cares about dogs. This place is my first go to when i must board my dog or for daycare & he gets excited every time we are outside of their building. They send daily pictures & videos & they are always doing such a fun/creative activity with the pups... While my dog was there this week he got a massage & went through obstacle courses for treats lol! They even do a great job grooming. Its the best to go on vacation & know my Milo is being literally pampered & having fun. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you to the staff for always taking excellent care of Milo!“

The personalized detail included with the delivery of his ashes, where each veterinarian signed and wrote a message of condolence, was something beautiful and very supportive from the medical staff. “Even though Michelle was highly recommended by Gracie's entire vet staff at Southport Animal Hospital, I was still soooo nervous about taking her to get groomed. I got Gracie about 5 months ago, just 2 weeks prior her 8th birthday...her previous owners fell ill and had to go into hospice, but fortunately her previous family sent her along with her vet records and backstory. From what I was told and what I read, her previous grooming sessions did not go well. I wanted to cancel today's appointment (out of fear) so many times, but I read the reviews and the ones that I read are what reassured me to keep the appointment. I'm so thankful for Michelle and her staff! Beyond words, so thankful. Michelle won Gracie over and Gracie is still smiling ear to ear from having such a beautiful day! Michelle was beyond reassuring and her integrity speaks volumes! She did not force certain things on Gracie because her priority was winning Gracie's trust and making sure that she wasn't too stressed. She didn't try to rush the situation and took her time. Michelle's true heart is with the animal she is working on. I'm so moved by today's experience! “We feel very lucky to have found Bayshore. We have two Boston Terriers, one 1 year old and one 13 years old. Our puppy had been experiencing some vomiting issues for a few days, and they were able to see him the same day and rule out any serious concerns.

Dr. Crespo and Carol both have Boston Terriers, which made me feel especially comfortable knowing they are knowledgeable about the breed. I highly recommend them. They are kind, attentive, and always willing to help.
