A+ experience. From the initial contact it was easy. Answered all our questions, the team was so friendly, patient and great to work with! It was our pup's first groom and they took the time to make sure she was comfortable. We couldn't be happier with the results. Stoked that we have found our forever grooming team! THANK YOU!
Kay and Jenni are truly the sweetest and most amazing people! From the moment I walked in, they took the time to explain everything to me and made sure both my cat and I felt completely comfortable. I really appreciated how patient and reassuring they were throughout the entire process.
They kept me updated with phone calls and texts, which meant so much to me. You can genuinely tell how much they care about the animals they work with. They never rushed her, took their time, and made sure she felt safe and comfortable the whole time.
She got the full grooming experience and came out looking absolutely beautiful! I’m so grateful I found such caring people to trust… read full review
