“Scenthound Pembroke Pines exceeded my expectations! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took great care of my dog and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

What I really appreciate is how thorough they are. They focus on hygiene and overall wellness, not just a quick groom. My dog came out smelling amazing, looking clean, and feeling refreshed. You can tell they pay attention to the details. The Manager I believe her name was Belkis came out reassured their service. And if I had any concerns to please contact her. But everything was absolutely great. Simple process. PLUS the way they interact and greet the dogs was just a Plus for me.

The facility was very clean and well-organized, which gave me even more confidence in leaving my pup in their care. Customer service was top tier, and they explained everything clearly.
