“It had been years before coming back to Abitare, as my favorite stylist left years back. My initial attempt of returning was a bit lacking and underwhelming to say the least. The stylist I had was awful! She killed my head. But, I am here to boast about the recovery. Tara did such an amazing job at being proactive and problem solving. She suggested and assigned one of their top stylists to go in and do damage control. Even with a small initial appointment on the road to recovery, Joanne helped tremendously! I am absolutely pleased with the way they handled the problem and were so understanding! It’s hard to find salons that care enough to fix the the problem, let alone demonstrate customer service and hospitality the way they have. I look forward to many more visits with Joanne.
