“It had been years before coming back to Abitare, as my favorite stylist left years back. My initial attempt of returning was a bit lacking and underwhelming to say the least. The stylist I had was awful! She killed my head. But, I am here to boast about the recovery. Tara did such an amazing job at being proactive and problem solving. She suggested and assigned one of their top stylists to go in and do damage control. Even with a small initial appointment on the road to recovery, Joanne helped tremendously! I am absolutely pleased with the way they handled the problem and were so understanding! It’s hard to find salons that care enough to fix the the problem, let alone demonstrate customer service and hospitality the way they have. I look forward to many more visits with Joanne. “Natalia is one of the best beauticians I have encountered. I am older and a cancer survivor so my hair is thin and very difficult to work with, to the chagrin of most hair dressers. Natalia just took this as a challenge. Without a doubt this was the best haircut I have ever had! She is very pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Natalia and will definitely be going back for all future cuts. Her prices are very reasonable. I don't much like going for haircuts because I've had bad experiences when they just don't know how to handle my hair or they spend the time whining about how difficult it is to work with. Natalia is a huge breath of fresh air and made an unpleasant experience into something to be enjoyed. I'm actually looking forward to my next cut!“
