NO STARS!!! We had a very negative experience with Sue and the old woman with the short purple hair. We explained what we wanted and did not get what we asked for. Sue gave me such a bad haircut that I was asked if I did it myself! We asked for color and once it dried we looked no different before getting it colored. We both went to the salon in person to explain our dissatisfaction their services that we received and kindly asked for a refund only for the purple haired lady to give us dirty looks, defend herself and NO APOLOGY! She only offered to "mail us a partial". Wow. That's real professional. We had the extra expense of having to go elsewhere to fix their mistakes....read full review

Sue gave me such a bad haircut that while I was in public I was asked if I did it myself! We asked for color and once it dried it looked the same before they “colored” it. We both went to the salon in person to explain our dissatisfaction and kindly requested a refund only for the purple haired lady to give us dirty looks, defend herself and NO APOLOGY. I was very pleased with my stylist, Sue. She was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable on my first visit. I am happy with the results. The salon offers snacks, drinks and makes every effort to make their clients comfortable. Owner, Jo, makes the salon a magical place. I would highly recommend Cynthia's Salon for your next beauty treatment.
