She asked what special needs I had for shampoo/conditioner. She selected a product specific for my color treated hair. Scalp massage and wash was soothing and my hair was rinsed well. My hair had grown very long and hadn't been cut for awhile. She listened to my concerns and what I hoped for and made it happen beautifully. She kept the longer length I wanted to keep but shaped my hair style and cut off a lot of dry ends. My hair feels healthy again. The style is lovely. She was very easy to talk to as well.
